We've had a series of errors in Quickmail, where mail fails to send to some or all users in a course. We have tracked it down to changes in our campus email settings meant to stave off a recent increase in spam emails, and our campus messaging office is working with Moodlerooms to apply a fix that should have everything back to normal by the end of this week (Friday, November 7.) In the meanwhile, try sending a message again to the users who didn't get it, or use Webstar to send an email.

This afternoon, the Quickmail block disappeared from our course pages. Moodlerooms is working to restore it across the site, but in the meantime, you can add it back manually by doing the following:
In your course, turn editing on. You should then see a block called Add a block. Click its drop-down menu and select Quickmail and you'll be back in business.
